Have you ever noticed physical changes in your body when you are stressed? Certainly, everyone has experienced this. Stress can affect your health in many ways- for example: you can loose sleep, suffer hair loss, be anxious or depressed, and have problems with your heart (blood pressure).
This video from Fox News on stress was quite informative. Unfortunately, too many individuals turn to things like smoking to deal with momentary stress. This article emphasized removing the initial source of stress from your life (if possible… ha ha).
